Stainless Steel Surface Finish
No.8 Mirror Finish: Polish with successively finer abrasives, buffing extensively with very fine buffing rouges, then cleaning and drying the sheet, resulting in excellent brightness ,highly reflective and ultimate product like mirror, called Mirror Finish
Hairline Finish polished with abrasive belt on the No.4 finish and has continues unidirectional streaks, end to end line, parallel to the longitude of stainless steel sheet. It’s a very uniform, very fine, silk-like end to end line.
No.4 finish: is generally produced by successively fine abrasives, in short, parallel lines, available with 180grit, 240grit and 320grit. It’s a Non-Reflective, uniform finish of whole sheet with beautiful silver-white surface.
Vibration Finish is also called as angel hairline finish or non-directional satin finish. Vibration sheets have random, multi-directional grit lines, are produced through rotation and revolution of vibrator head, on surface of 2B, BA and mirror finish.
Bead Blasted Finish: Fine unevenness beads blast finish generated through jet spraying beads on surface of BA,#8 mirror stainless steel. It is a non-directional matt finish that is uniformly textured with a low gloss and reflectivity.
Cross Hairline Finish : It is a finish with consistency diagonal polishing lines in two vertical directions, comes out fine cross textured patterns.
PVD Color Coating : Physical vapor deposition (PVD) is a process to produce a colored metal thin film on stainless steel surface, Metal alloys such as Titanium is vaporized into ion in high vacuum chamber with catholic arc, mixed with inserted gas to form a colored thin iron deposition film on the stainless steel surface.
Etching Finish: Etched pattern is created by selectively applying a protective acid resistant film to surface, corrode a thin layer of unprotected areas, and leave a dull and roughness surface on unprotected area, which quite contrast to the original polished surface, so as to create various designed patterns on stainless steel surface
Three-Directions Finish: At least two finishes or different direction hairlines, to achieve a type of pattern with three-dimensional effect. Finish like No.8 Mirror, Hairline, PVD colors, Etching, Vibration, Bead Blasted, any two or more finishes combined to create varieties of three-dimensional affect finish.
Anti-Fingerprint Coating: with advanced Nanotechnology Anti-fingerprint coating (AFP) process, stainless steel surfaces are coated a layer of transparent coating for wiping away fingerprint and stains on stainless steel
